“Soy sauce for Ice cream” is different from ordinary soy sauce; this is special desert sauce (sweet taste) which contains Yamato soy sauce. Barely traceable of any soy sauce taste but gradually you can feel rich and unique aroma of soy sauce which make the ice cream's taste deeper.
